Weird that you say that because it runs fine on Windows 8.1 for me still. You maybe don't have .NET or something installed I guess?

Also worth noting that no sprite images are available on the download link because Y_Less removed it... Therefore, it is quite redundant without it.

It would be worth checking around for someone who made something similar in nature and was not blatantly removed.

Do I really need to download Visual Studio for this :/ Because the Release version in the Source... [SAMP-SPRITE\SAMP-SPRITE\bin\Release] is not Working... Do I need to recompile this or something...
