You need to connect to the database through gamemodes/modules/server/connection.pwn.

Try removing the password like this:

Any one got an idea why these errors are caused? Tried multiple solutions but I did not had any succes so far.

Fixed all of this above^^ if any one else has this problem make sure to update all the plugins also update the Pawno includes and recompile the GM.
