Well since this wasnt happening before you can try to reinstall everything from scratch. But I highly recommend you to buy a legal copy of GTA SA V2 from amazon or ebay for they are VERY cheap in current times.
And there will be such problems time and again with cracked copy.

A couple of times I did all of 0 , but does not help ..
