no u must go to the server file .. then samp.ban or server.ban im confused between these 2 names

1st: goto to samp.ban or server.ban im confused between them 2 names
2nd: see the player that u want to unban

4th: restart the server

He meant, you should open "pawno.exe" located in your pawno folder of your samp server directory.
