EDIT: Re-doing my GTA3 didn't work, moving onto the 2GB.

EDIT2: 2GB didn't work, reinstalling GTA

EDIT3: So, I re-installed my game, and it still doesn't fix the problem...could it be server side?


EDIT4: I FIXED IT!! It happens to be server side, . All I had to do was teleport to someone to fix it.
