Reinstall samp. If it doesn't work then reinstall the entire gta file.

I have reinstalled SA:MP, but it don't work - could I try doing my GTA3.img?

Problem Solved then, uninstall your mods or use Cleo Stream Memory fix

I'm going on to try redoing my GTA3.img, and if that doesn't work - I am going to try the 2GB.

EDIT: Re-doing my GTA3 didn't work, moving onto the 2GB.

EDIT2: 2GB didn't work, reinstalling GTA

EDIT3: So, I re-installed my game, and it still doesn't fix the problem...could it be server side?

EDIT4: I FIXED IT!! It happens to be server side,

. All I had to do was teleport to someone to fix it.

No, I wasn't - I tried resetting my VW and interior, didn't wrk.
