Hello, are you sure you have the latest updates of your sa-mp client and sa-mp-server.exe, If not you always get the message that you can't connect. So, download the sa-mp server files and replace announce.exe samp-server.exe samp-npc.exe, with the files form the latest update, and reinstall your sa-mp client maybe that would work
