I tried everything but my server is not working i have port forwarded my router and my friends tried everything but this problems dont stop
The problem is when someone joins my ip it says Server Not Responding!! i really need help Thanks!.

Show us some pics of your port stuff and server.cfg, and of your SAMP running it.

Are you sure you ran 'samp-server.exe'?

Yes, I always open sa-mp.exe to keep the server running.

Turn your server on for a day and leave it on. I watched your vid on *******, I have the server IP saved and added as new server in Sa:Mp. I will try later...
Also, make sure your Server and Client Patch are matched, as with all who trying to connect. For instance, I am running .3b Server and Client. If I run .3a with the same client, it show up in Samp.exe but, I can not join. Make sure both Server and Client are up-to-date.

Ok i have opend the network and internet connection but dude i said people cant join my server i can join but players cant join!!! i know the 192.16.** Ip thing i know u have to join from that :\ i said PLAYERS from around the world cant join!

I know your frustrated. It happens to all us. There is one more thing. In your server.cfg file set Announce to 1, save the file, and restart the server.
Other than that, I am not sure.
I will look more into this later.

Hello, are you sure you have the latest updates of your sa-mp client and sa-mp-server.exe, If not you always get the message that you can't connect. So, download the sa-mp server files and replace announce.exe samp-server.exe samp-npc.exe, with the files form the latest update, and reinstall your sa-mp client maybe that would work

Ok i installed the server files run grand larceny and players try to join Same PROBLEM
I think my cpu has some problem ..
