I got something like your DM-Creation in my House-System & you should do that:
Add the possibility to have MORE than one dm spawn to prevent spawnkilling and make it more funny
like:
/startbuilding <name>
/weapons <1> <2> <3> ...
/savespawn <<<<<<<<<<<<<<< so you can save more than one spawn
/finishbuilding
