So take your calulator and do this -> 4*1024/100 -> you should get 40.96 kbps.
Now we should convert kbps to kb so 40.96/8 -> 5.12 KB.
Finally look at up(what matthew told) and do this 680/5.12 -> 132.8125.
So at max he can support 132 player with a 680KB connection, but he won't be able to use max because he will need his connection for something else too.
Lets say he will use half of his connection speed, and lets say each player need 5.12KB*2, but still he will be able to host 33 players, not 10 ...
And i'm sure he won't be able to get even 15 online players at same time ...
