1st of all sorry for my bad english, Why my server sometimes get's "Server Closed The Connection"?

Do you know when exactly does it happen?

This usually happens if you get kicked from the server.

Yeah, normally happens if system kicks you, check your connecting script?, Because if it was a script crash likely just say its restarting and Trying to connect to 255.255.255.255 ........ etc

nope i send my server to my friend to host my server 24/7 and now the server is cameing servfer closed the connection, and the players came 0

Try using another script if that doesn't work, Try redownloading all the files of SA-MP Server and replacing them with your old files and see what happens, It might be server.cfg But ive personally never heard of it doing any problems, But never no when some people mess up binds and other stuff.

But yeah try changing script.

And also when this happens, does the server go down?

Your friend is not a good hoster, or has a bad connection, also like mr said, when does that occur?

That's about 17 players, max. Perhaps 10 stable players.

Acording to samp wiki @ https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/Windows_Server:
# Internet access (a full 100 player server uses roughly 4Mbps upstream)
So take your calulator and do this -> 4*1024/100 -> you should get 40.96 kbps.
Now we should convert kbps to kb so 40.96/8 -> 5.12 KB.
Finally look at up(what matthew told) and do this 680/5.12 -> 132.8125.
So at max he can support 132 player with a 680KB connection, but he won't be able to use max because he will need his connection for something else too.
Lets say he will use half of his connection speed, and lets say each player need 5.12KB*2, but still he will be able to host 33 players, not 10 ...
And i'm sure he won't be able to get even 15 online players at same time ...

Unless KingJ (or Woet) wrote that Wiki page, which it looks like they didn't, it's probably wrong. He does run a game server hosting company after all.
