You have two Program files yes? "Program Files (x86)" and "Program Files" - Try installing in the (x86) one. (32-bit) I use the same windows 7 type as you (Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit) and mine is installed in the 32-bit folder so try that and see what happens, mine has always worked fine on windows 7 no problems.
