So you say around a 10Mb upstream can handle a 200 slot server correct? Regarding the laptop you mentioned. I do own a laptop, but I don't think the CPU spec is the greatest thing. Its just been sitting here for the past 2 years.

RAM: 2GB DDR2 533Mhz
HDD: 80GB IDE 5,400rpm
GPU: Intel 945.
Is the CPU good enough to run a 200 slot server? I doubt it, but worth a try.
