Thanks for replying! I'm on the right track.
I've opened the model in kdff gui, textures were inivisible/improperly unwrapped from the original model. I've opened the txd file in txdworkshop and started messing around with the amount of mipmaps and now the texture is showing both in GTA and in kdff gui. Now i need to find out how to wrap the textures around the model correctly.
