Smoothcam is alright but I suggest CamHunt, which is also a CLEO mod. Allows for much more indepth adjustments for your camera movement, such as rotating it, setting custom speeds/accelerations and whatnot.

edit: also smoothcam makes you look like you're flyhacking, while camhunt keeps your character where it is and you can even use it for the movie.
