Well, I'm going to make a trailer for my community but I've no idea that how to use the camhack properly or is there any other thing which they use to move camera in gta sa?

I'm pretty sure there's a CLEO script for that. I think its called Smooth Camera

Think I found it, you're right. It's called Free Look Smooth Camera.

Smoothcam is alright but I suggest CamHunt, which is also a CLEO mod. Allows for much more indepth adjustments for your camera movement, such as rotating it, setting custom speeds/accelerations and whatnot.

edit: also smoothcam makes you look like you're flyhacking, while camhunt keeps your character where it is and you can even use it for the movie.
