This, teamspeak sorts clients in this way (List is in priority):
1. Talk power
2. Talker status
3. Alphabetical

So basically, if you have 3 clients where they have the following:
Name - Talk power
AD - 100
AB - 100
AA - 90

It will sort them like this:
AB
AD
AA
