I assume you are in the Windows Firewall window.

• Click on Advanced parameters on your left.

• A new window pop up: Click on Inbound Rules or whatever.

• On the right, click on New rule.

• A new window pop up: select Port and click on Next.

• Enter all appropriate information and click on Finish.

IMPORTANT: Do it again for Outbound rule.
