Port Forward - Zorono - 13.06.2016

i need to port forward samp server but there is a proplem iam trying to ort forward using this Tutroial but there is a proplem
on Last Step to port forward i must open my firewall and click Change preferences. New window pop-up. Click the Exceptions tab, click the Add port.. and then fill in this information but i cant find this the bouttom "Change preferences"
any help please ??

I assume you are in the Windows Firewall window.

• Click on Advanced parameters on your left.

• A new window pop up: Click on Inbound Rules or whatever.

• On the right, click on New rule.

• A new window pop up: select Port and click on Next.

• Enter all appropriate information and click on Finish.

IMPORTANT: Do it again for Outbound rule.

sorry sir but i cant find "Advanced parameters" in my windows firewall
Note: iam using Windows 7
