2) Re-install GTA:SA & SA:MP
3) Install Patch 1.0 US/EU
4) Do you use Direct Play for Windows 10?
5) Do you have Windows 10 Drivers installed?

P.S: I have Windows 10 Pro (64bit/x64) and have no crashes at all. Including with mods too!
