Call them up at any time of the day when you're having a real issue, their response will be, " I am sorry sir but we are currently fixing to go through shift change please call back in one hour". You call them back in an hour and its the same guy telling you the same thing.

Your server may have near 100% uptime but that is because no one has ever tried to change that. I ordered the pro only ddos protection from that that is supposed to offer 480 gbps ddos protection, yet a 70mbps DOS that some kid was doing from his home connection was taking my server offline. They then proceeded to null route me.
If you consider that proper then I don't know what to say.
