Why do you think Kye is not active on forums? Because he's working on 0.3, he never said that the development stopped.

And the development won't stop anymore. Everyone has been waiting long enough, most of us very patiently...others not so. It doesn't matter, but just know that the SA-MP team are working on it. It's better if it's not rushed...I mean, you guys don't want a buggy as MOD now do you? You'll start complaining and stuff about it not working properly. So, let them do their thing, and have faith in it too.

I totally agree. If they release it now, it will most probably be buggy, give them some time to complete it.
