It is more a scripting issue than a "General SA-MP" issue, because you are experiencing the issue trying to run the server as a scripter, not a player. Players don't get all of that information about filterscripts being loaded. Alternatively, you could try the "Server Support" section (http://forum.sa-mp.com/forumdisplay.php?f=19). Most "helpers" who want to help people will look at the sections that are dedicated to support to find threads to reply to, not at other sections. I'm simply trying to help you get your thread noticed faster so that your issue gets solved faster, but you obviously don't want to listen so I won't bother. Good luck with your issue.
