You should post in the scripting section, because that's where scripters who want to help people will look for threads to reply to.

Well as someone who has been here for a long time I tried to help you by telling where to post to get it seen by people who can help you, and I also told you what to do to ensure that your thread doesn't get deleted. If you don't want to listen then that's your choice, but with an attitude like that you aren't going to get any help around here buddy. I sure wouldn't be so rude if I were trying to get other people to want to help me.

It is more a scripting issue than a "General SA-MP" issue, because you are experiencing the issue trying to run the server as a scripter, not a player. Players don't get all of that information about filterscripts being loaded. Alternatively, you could try the "Server Support" section (http://forum.sa-mp.com/forumdisplay.php?f=19). Most "helpers" who want to help people will look at the sections that are dedicated to support to find threads to reply to, not at other sections.
