I have spoken to Matt at SmartBytes (****** Voice is amazing). He apologises for the inconvenience and has not said anything on the forums due to the fact that every time he pops up he gets blasted for historical stuff.
He's basically having an issue with his bank in allowing him to pay the host for the FR1 server, and so has had to go down a different means. Give it a few hours and they'll be back. Hosted tab orders will also get processed once the servers are back up.
