Hi,
I'd like to get in contact with other people who also have a server hosted by SmartBytes. When our server is down, this would be useful to determinate if the problem is related to us or to the host. It would also be useful to exchange information to each other in case one knows more than the other when a problem occurs. Basically I'd just be more comfortable being in a problem situation together with someone else than alone.
Right now our host's game control panel (along with our server) has been down for 6 days (since 6/05/2015), SmartBytes hasn't sent us any messages and they seem to be impossible to contact. I tried contacting them through ********, *******, a support ticket and 4 e-mail addresses of the company and the owner. Their game control panel is down so my guess is that all of their servers (hosted in both Florida and France) are currently offline, but I'd like to be sure.
