Appeared a guy offering launcher to the server. Since the rule talks about it:

(b) You may not connect to the SA-MP master list using custom software unless permission is granted by the service provider.

But I can use an external program (launcher) using sa-mp.exe and then connect to [ur]my server[/u]? (only my server).

(The program will only connect the IP directly to server.)

Like this:
