Yeah but i just did a complete reinstall and only installed the most important stuff like avast and a firewall, but something makes the exe remain in memory sometimes after you crash in samp. making sure i close it myself in taskmanager fixed it.
Many others seem to have similar problems tho, but they dont get much help because they all make their own posts instead of searching.. i think its fair enough to tell people to search.. but i dont like it when you get auto responses like delete your mods.
Try ctrl+alt+delete and open taskmanager look for gtasa.exe close it.. THEN uninstall samp and gta or you can reinstall all week and it wont work.. IF your problem was the same as mine.
I think there are many different problems not just MODS..
(But i got mine working).. EDIT: errm NOPE still crashes, mostly when car explodes tho, but still happens rarely in singleplayer..
And alot of crashes in samp on servers with many explosions :/
But now it happens every 15mins instead of every minute
