SA-MP ERROR: Exception At Address: 0x004DFE92 - willAnAtor - 01.07.2009
Ok here is ma problem:
I uninstalled gtasa because it had shitloads of mods ( it worked fine with sa-mp).
so i installed the -no mods- version from my bro.
now i almost everytime crash, mostly in roleplay servers.
Can anyone help?

I have the same Exception (NOT internal error), tried reinstalling then it worked once on littlewhiteys then i quit for a few hours.. came back, and now i get the error message again.
..and i dont have the d3d9.dll and i have gta set to compat. mode and same with same tested all the compat. options, deleted the settings file and tried another graphics driver. scandisk antispy avast whatever i tried it.. but still nothing.
Im on Vista on a dual core 2.6 with 4gb ram. (medion)
Edit: errhm now my gta
a wont run either.. vista sux....And i have NO MODS!

Dont know if this is a Vista only error or what, since half the exception error posts on this forum get "debunked" or whatever you call it with the words remove your MODS or USE COMPATIBILITY MODE.. blabla... there are over 2 pages full of posts about this error but NO right answers.
gonna try uninstall everything again do some cleaning/maintenance and see if that works .. zZzz..

Hmmm i dont know what fixed it exactly, but after a scandisk.. registry fix.. temp files deletion.. and yet another reinstall of both samp and gtasa.. it works! woots

1. If you got a d3d9.dll in your GTA folder, delete it.
2. Uninstall your map mods.

Try making a new username on your Windows. And if that doesn't work, then I think that you need to use System Restore or something.

coop seriously first you critique the fact that i didnt use modify.. and quoted me, but still you didnt find the time to read it?
its NOT a mod error.......
BOTH of us had fresh installs of both sa and samp.
I got mine working now except i have to make sure gtasa is properly closed in task manager before entering a server after a crash, or it does it again.

Yeah but i just did a complete reinstall and only installed the most important stuff like avast and a firewall, but something makes the exe remain in memory sometimes after you crash in samp. making sure i close it myself in taskmanager fixed it.
Many others seem to have similar problems tho, but they dont get much help because they all make their own posts instead of searching.. i think its fair enough to tell people to search.. but i dont like it when you get auto responses like delete your mods.
Try ctrl+alt+delete and open taskmanager look for gtasa.exe close it.. THEN uninstall samp and gta or you can reinstall all week and it wont work.. IF your problem was the same as mine.
I think there are many different problems not just MODS..
(But i got mine working).. EDIT: errm NOPE still crashes, mostly when car explodes tho, but still happens rarely in singleplayer..
And alot of crashes in samp on servers with many explosions :/
But now it happens every 15mins instead of every minute

ok thanks to coop: GTA is FIXED!! ye it was really annoying, but now its fixed, i just made a new account and it worked!!
