I agree with you, I'm just saying that action most likely hasn't been taken as the evidance is essentially screen shots.

If however you monitored the server, and collected information showing:

The Players all joining at once / Leaving at once.
The players never leaving.
The Pings from peak times, to low times don't fluctuate with most players (local).
Pings from actual players, are considerably higher than the local bots etc.

It would be concrete, nothing to prove that your information is false or wrong. You would essentially have everything the SAMP Team need to decide this is definately bot activity, and black list the server.
