Just get the closest "standing" (the one you stand on) and then reset players pos with correct offset to it. Millisecond timer 100 maybe?

A couple of pointers:
1) This uses timer, right? I know that if the server has bad ping the ferris wheel is going to lagg/hack. localhost/server with low ping - smooth as silk. So for the best, it should be a server with good ping.
2) Also include that attach thing i mentioned.
