No no no! Why are you asking us! It clearly says what's wrong in the log!
"[04:21:00] Error: Your password must be changed from the default password, please change it."
CHANGE THE PASSWORD THEN!
Not rocket science to open the server.cfg and change "rcon_password changeme" to "rcon_password mygoddamnpassword"!
Googling would've found you the answer in literally 15 seconds!
