Hi,
As the topic says. whenever my bro try to run GTA as Single Player or Multilayer the CPU Usage directly goes 100% and I noticed too that every game he run CPU Usage goes to 100%...It happened recently...the normal CPU Usage when running GTA was about 8%~12% but at the current moment it directly reach 100%.
I've already formatted his PC, scanned his PC, and Disk De fragmented his PC...and no good -.-'

The game every in a while get stuck for about 50 seconds (FPS goes to 0) then goes normal and so on. Its quite annoying to have something similar like that
