NOOB you can join the server whit your own ip!!! and if sa-mp says "Retriving connection info" YOU MOUST PORTFORWARD you router! or noone can connect!
Yeh, it IS possible, but i had a lot of problems with it and most time i was unable to connect...

And thats no reason being a dick!>.<
