It is possible to find a solid VPS provider for such a low price, especially on LEB.

You should first learn to run it from your home, and port forward it like InTeL_cOrE_i7 said.

If you have tested your server with friends and want to get it popular then you can purchase a game server hosting.

If you have some linux knowledge I would recommend you to go with a VPS or dedicated server right away.
