Technically speaking the compatibility troubleshoot should of have fixed your problem, leading me to believe you in possession of a fault / recently corrupted copy of GTA SA - Don't fear however, there are several means you can obtain the game once more > I would supply you with a link - But it's against SA-MP policy to share pirate games.
