Cant you just give us more information yourself? Why do others need to take info out of you ?(others = those who don't actually need that)
and..cant you just copyright it now? (1. it will not let others steal it. 2. Maybe the you can call police or whoever and say that it was already copyrighted at the time he did steal it(like he removed copyright lines)
