Be also aware that 99% of the servers have a negative money balance. Meaning you should be willing to put some real life money into it.
If you already have found some servers in SAMP on which you've got a lot of fun, don't bother making one. It'll eat too much of your spare time and you'll be disappointed if it doesn't get a lot of players.
