Hey i'm new here so be nice pls? Anyways i try to find to my server motorbike gang theme or something close of that and i try already search here and i could not find it.. so can someone send link for close of that theme to me or tell me what i must do?

something like gta iv Lost & Damned but in san andreas. like cop vs bandit but motorbike gang is bandits you know

Be also aware that 99% of the servers have a negative money balance. Meaning you should be willing to put some real life money into it.

If you already have found some servers in SAMP on which you've got a lot of fun, don't bother making one. It'll eat too much of your spare time and you'll be disappointed if it doesn't get a lot of players.
