Acho que usando o ProxDetectorS vocк consegue fazer esses comandos facil..

eles sгo, /r (radio) e /m (megafone) nй?

isso й basicamente um comando com um parametro que pega a string, e envia para os players ao redor.

por exemplo:

explicando:
esse comando vai pegar o texto q o cara escrever, e vai entrar num laзo que checa se a org dele й igual б org do laзo, se for, ele envia a mensagem "str", se nгo continua o laзo. e o prox envia para os players ao redor a msg contida em "str2"..

nгo testado.. mais na teoria й isso ai. hehe

PlayeR_TheReturN postou praticamente a msm coisa, so q agente posto junto hehe. mals nгo vi o dele antes. tbm funciona da forma dele so q no caso ele usa strtok.
