Custom panel is always a great idea, high-performance servers, personally I don't care if it's Linux or Windows, full FTP access of your server, of course. Live Support + tickets, live support needs to be active.

The worst thing I've tried on a host, is talking with an arrogant live supporter, that really suck, just to let you know.
