Just a curiosity question, what are you guys looking for in a SA:MP server host most? Maybe a live support option other than tickets, or a custom control panel?

Custom panel yes, support tickets are read fast. Live Support and a test server for certain hours.

Custom panel is always a great idea, high-performance servers, personally I don't care if it's Linux or Windows, full FTP access of your server, of course. Live Support + tickets, live support needs to be active.
The worst thing I've tried on a host, is talking with an arrogant live supporter, that really suck, just to let you know.

Live support is must.
Locations should be France or Germany (low ping) and a good console.

SSD = Solid State Drive
RAID = Redundant Array of Independent Disks
RAID-10 SSD = a type of RAID array with at least 4 SSD's

OneBip is a definite yes, and I'm mostly working on other matters now. Support will be available by *******, tickets and possibly a live chat for now. Custom control panel is in the final stages.
