The Picture is Make with Paint or other.

BUT Ingame shows this "Pictures" on Radar / Mini Map on the Left Bottom this Thing

Gangzones are Bug (Client Crash). Look here: https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=298714
And Kalcor dont Answer

I Think, There must be another solution
