How can I have mapped roads outside of San Andreas on the radar display?

They drawed it with rectangles using gang zones.

I don't think it's ESC > Map. I think it's done with paint and displayed on a website.

The Picture is Make with Paint or other.

BUT Ingame shows this "Pictures" on Radar / Mini Map on the Left Bottom this Thing

I Think, There must be another solution

Its easy, i try to do this sometimes, only i use GangZone Maker, and modificate the colors, and Ready!

the whole image can't be seen ingame because of the map limit...
