I can tell you know, the opcodes 7F120E and 7F0BF7 are definitely related to vehicles. You don't have to be close to the vehicle to receive the opcodes, you just have to be within the range of its loading point. Example: You can sometimes see buildings appear when they are really far away, therefore you are in range of their loading point. Just remove the vehicles 1 by 1 to see which vehicle is producing the opcode.
