Use something like this in OnPlayerUpdate:

if(GetPlayerInterior(playerid) != 0 && GetPlayerInterior(playerid) != INTERIOR_YOU_WANT_TO_USE && GetPlayerWeapon(playerid) != 0)
    {
        SetPlayerArmedWeapon(playerid,0); // fists
        return 1; // no syncing until they change their weapon
    }
