Hello, I am trying to use Missing Brackets Finder and it keeps giving me these errors.

I installed ActivePerl just as the 'How To' said and it's not working still. Tried running as admin and still nothing. I would be really glad if someone could help me use this tool because I am missing one bracket in my gamemode and it is causing delay and many errors.
