[HELP]Missing Brackets Finder - PCheriyan007 - 07.07.2011

Hello, I am trying to use Missing Brackets Finder and it keeps giving me these errors.

'perl' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

I installed ActivePerl just as the 'How To' said and it's not working still. Tried running as admin and still nothing. I would be really glad if someone could help me use this tool because I am missing one bracket in my gamemode and it is causing delay and many errors.

I always use proper indentation. I spent about a month or so fixing the script that I'm working on to suit my style of indentation (Allman). It is all properly indented but the problem is that I'm missing a bracket and since I didn't realise until now, I don't know where to look and that's why I'm using this tool. The problem is I can't seem to get the program to work so if you have any ideas on what I should do I would greatly appreciate it.
