I uploaded the script to 2shared.com. I don't think there are bugs in there, but if there are bugs please report them to me.

Readme:

Useage: ./start [ip] [port] [slots]

The starter will output errors direct and to the server_log.txt
with a timestamp (standard samp-server format). If the ip (bind),
port (port) or slots (maxplayers) variables are not defined the
script will stop the progress.
