A better script you could user is "UserCake".
I'm gonna make an "User Control Panel" for users in the new GM (when you register you need to fill in your email. After that you'll receive an email with information to login (API, automatic registering). Then you can delete account, see stats, change password, lock/unlock account (for anti-hack, if you go on holidays or something), Upgrade to VIP (using mollie, so you can pay via phone, SMS, Wallie or Ideal), and so I'm gonna make that Officer Ticket system, but I think I'm gonna do it with Usercake

Usercake (www.usercake.com) is a simple user script that's easy to edit, with user levels etc
(so only special persons can make tickets. Only the "police officer" group, other persons can't do anything with it, they won't be able to see the "Officers" menu)
